TALURIT Code 1 stainless steel ferrules or crimps are primarily designed for forming eyes in stainless steel wire rope diameters of 0.8mm-1.1mm. These ferrules are very hard & must be crimped in a hydraulic press with suitable dies fitted for safety.

Tecni-Cable recommend the TALURIT SST1-3.5 for pressing up to Code 2 stainless ferrules, although the hardness of the ferrule means that the life of the swaging dies will be reduced.
