The following information applies to orders from UK Mainland customers & customers ordering from within the EU. For destinations outside the EU, please email sales@tecni-cable.com to receive a quotation for international shipping.

We will endeavour to ship all orders received within 24 hrs from the day of order placement. We will advise you of any stock shortages within 24 hrs of receiving an order.

Carriage Charges

Tecni-Cable carriage charges are calculated by the item weight automatically by our computer system.

UK Mainland Customers

For small items & light consignments we will ship the product by Royal Mail First Class Post, First Class Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Larger consignments will be despatched by carrier.

Scottish Highland & Islands & Northern Ireland IOW & IOM Customers

Delivery usually takes about 2-3 working days from date of despatch. Please select the relevant shipping option for your location at the checkout stage.

Note: Once items exceed postal weight limits we have to ship by carrier & these charges are higher than to some EU destinations. This is correct & is due to higher UK carrier rates which are beyond our control.

Shipping within the EU

We do not take payment until shipment, so if you are a VAT registered company, please remember to include your EU VAT number so that we can deduct the basic UK VAT rate when we ship the order.
