In the unusual event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Tecni-Cable Ltd will be happy to send you a replacement product or provide you with a full refund of the purchase price. Please let us know which items you are returning, and a brief reason for returning the item then return the item within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or a refund. In the unlikely event of an item being defective, Tecni-Cable Ltd will also pay the carriage charge incurred in returning the item to us from an onshore UK destination.

Please ensure that you get a "Return Authorisation" number before returning any item. Please email sales@tecni-cable.com with the despatch note number which begins with SO - followed by six numbers (e.g. SO001234). We will then send you a "Return Authorisation" (RA) number by return email.

Registered Customers can obtain return authorisation numbers via the My Account tab on this website (you must be logged into your account to use this feature) - or email us the information as above if preferred.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations prior to despatch

You can cancel your order at any time * before the order actually leaves our premises (usually 15:00 hrs UK time).If you cancel after your card has been charged we will credit your card or account for the full charge within 24 hours. * Please note that customised products made specially for a customer cannot be cancelled or the products returned unless the product is faulty.

Cancellations after despatch

Orders cancelled after the order has left our premises will be treated as unwanted goods, and can be returned * (please see returns policy above), but the delivery charge will not be refunded for non-faulty goods. We will credit your card or account for the full charge within 24 hours of the goods being recieved back at our premises in the condition supplied. * Please note that customised products made specially for a customer cannot be cancelled or the products returned unless the product is faulty.
